Terms and Conditions
	To be an authorized affiliate of BABYLON IDIOMAS, you agree to abide by the terms and conditions contained in this agreement. Please read this agreement carefully before registering and using the BABYLON IDIOMAS service as an affiliate. By signing up for the BABYLON IDIOMAS affiliate program, you indicate your acceptance of this agreement and its terms and conditions. 1. DEFINITIONS. BABYLON IDIOMAS ("we") offers website owners and website managers the opportunity to become an Affiliate Partner ("Partner") and recruit students ("clients") for Spanish language courses. 2. DURATION OF AGREEMENT. The term of this Agreement will begin upon our acceptance of your application and will end when terminated by either party. Either you or we may terminate this Agreement at any time, with or without cause, by giving the other party written or emailed notice of termination. You are only eligible to earn referral fees occurring during the term of this Agreement only. We may withhold your final payment to ensure that the correct amount is paid. Your site is subject to periodic review. If we determine at any point after acceptance into our scheme that your site is not suitable for the scheme, we may unilaterally end the status of your site as an Affiliate. 3. LINKING TO OUR SITE. As an accepted Partner you will receive links and images from us to display on your website. You can use these links and images for as long as you are an active Partner and whilst using these links and images in connection with (Spanish) language education. We do not accept any responsibility for the incorrect use of the special links / link formats and therefore we shall not be accountable for any loss of fees as a result of your errors. 4. COMMISSION. You will receive a commission for every approved sale your links have generated for our BARCELONA, MADRID, SEVILLA and VALENCIA locations only. To track sales, we use cookies that expire within 60 days of the client visiting your website. If the cookies are deleted or otherwise compromised as a result of which a sale is not recorded, we are not liable for any damages. 5. COMMISSION PAYMENT. The applicable commission will become a confirmed commission once the client has started the course and paid the study fees in full. The commission will then be paid by Paypal or bank transfer at the end of the month that the student started. 6. LIMITED LICENSE. We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable right to use our logos and text for which we grant express permission, solely for the purpose of identifying your site as a scheme participant. You agree that you will not engage, participate or otherwise become involved in any activity or course of action that diminishes and/or tarnishes the image and or reputation of BABYLON IDIOMAS. We may revoke your license. 7. MODIFICATION. We may modify any of the terms and conditions contained in this Agreement, at any time and in our sole discretion, by posting a new agreement on our site. Your continued participation now, or within thirty (30) days following the posting notice of any changes in these terms and conditions, will constitute a binding acceptance by you of such rules, changes or modifications. IF ANY MODIFICATION IS UNACCEPTABLE TO YOU, YOUR ONLY RECOURSE IS TO TERMINATE THIS AGREEMENT. Your continued participation in the scheme following our modifications will constitute a binding acceptance of the change. 8. COURT OF LAW. Any dispute arising from this Agreement is subject to the Court of Law in Spain.
