Trivia
- As the former harbour for the long journeys to South America, Sevilla also exported its distinguished accent to Latin America...
- Although Sevilla never organized the Olympic Games, it does have an Olympic stadium. It was the host stadium for the Davis cup tennis final in 2004 which saw Spain defeat the USA
- Sevilla has two football clubs (Sevilla and Betis) which sharply divides the otherwise friendly inhabitants. Each football club has its own patron saint and most restaurants or bars proudly display the colours of either club (but never of both!)
- La Macarena is the traditional heart of Flamenco in Sevilla which is where our school is located.
