Our cancellation insurance
Our cancellation insurance repays your unused tuition and accommodation fees in the following cases: a) you cancel your course at least 3 days before the start of your course or b) you need to cancel your course after the start date for urgent medical reasons related to you or your direct family.
- We need to receive your cancellation in writing (email or fax) and in case of urgent medical reasons, we require a medical certificate.
- "Unused" fees are defined as those fees that apply from the first Monday after you informed us in writing about your cancellation.
- Excluded from the cancellation insurance are enrolment fees, placement fees and the cancellation insurance itself.
- The cost of this cancellation insurance is 4% of the total invoice value.
